My Adornment got damaged past arrival, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. If you'd like me to repair it for you, please contact me through Liosadornments@gmail.com, please be aware that the shipping cost and repair fee would need to be covered by you. To extend your jewelry's longevity,

please refer to my care instructions below.

How do I best care for my Jewelry?

Your jewelry loves to be handled with care. Keep them dry and fixated in a solid container when traveling, as well as avoid contact with lotions or perfumes. To
clean and bring out their original sheen, use a polishing cloth.

Can I wear my jewelry in water?

I recommend not to!

I can only wear gold jewelry and love your work, what do?
No problem at all! Contact me at liosadornments@gmail.com and I'm happy to replace the metal with gold at a slight upcharge to cover the material cost.

Will my jewelry change color or turn my skin green?

YES AND NO...

To expand on this let me share a bit of the chemistry behind this phenomenon. The naturally occurring acids in your skin (or in your lotion or perfume) interact with the metals that you wear. This is why some jewelry turns skin green. Some of us have more or less of these acids than others, which is why jewelry that doesn’t trigger a reaction for certain people, might leave a stain on someone else. The metals that I use are Brass ( a metal alloy), Aluminum ( a pure metal), Copper (also a pure metal), and stainless steel (another metal alloy). Out of the four, copper is the most common offender for reacting to skin. Brass is a metal alloy of copper and zinc. (metal alloy - mixture of more than one metal OR a metal mixed with other element(s). This makes it prone to tarnishing over time as it interacts with skin, air, and moisture. Stainless steel and aluminum in my experience have been great in retaining their original hue and interacting least with skin. NOW, all of this is not to deter you from brass and copper but rather information. You might actually prefer the matured, vintage-look. Either way ALL Metal Jewelry evolves in appearance over time and that is
part
of its charm and character.

What if I don't like my custom order, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. I do my best to create a one of a kind piece based on the story and information you've shared. I do hope that you are happy with your order, however not knowing what it'll be is part of the charm and risk. If you're not into the surprise factor, I recommend you explore my premade one of a kind Adornments.
